Ingredients

  • Large eggs, hard boiled Instant potato flakes FF mayonnaise Yellow prepared salad mustard Onion, finely minced Salt (opt) Tabasco Paprika Nutritional yeast flakes (opt)

Directions

  1. Hi! I have been experimenting with FF deviled Large eggs, that means you throw away the yolk and replace it with something. Here is the result, We think it is pretty good.
  2. This recipe does not show quantities because it depends on the number of Large eggs. If you make too much filling, boil some more Large eggs!
  3. Peel Large eggs, cut in half and throw away yolks.
  4. Mix potato flakes, mayonnaise, and mustard to desired consistency. Add in minced onions and a dash of Tobasco.
  5. Add in other seasonings to taste, such as curry pwdr or possibly minced chives.
  6. A small amount of nutritional yeast will thicken mix and contribute a cheese-like flavor.
  7. Let stand in refrigator about an hour.
  8. Fill centers of boiled-egg halves. Dust tops with paprika and garnish as desired. Refrigerateand serve.
