- 3 x Egg Yolks
- 1 x Lime , Juice of
- 6 ounce Vegetable Oil
- 1 pch Salt
- 1/2 x Ancho Chile Reconstituted, Seeded and Minced.
Directions
- Chile Today - Warm Tamale
- Whip egg yolks in food processor or possibly blender. Add in oil in a slow, steady stream till incorporated. Remove and place in mixing bowl. Whip in remaining ingredients. Serve with crab cakes, smoked fish or possibly shrimp.
