Ingredients

  • vegetarian
  • 225 gm selfraising flour
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 25 gm cocoa pwdr
  • 100 gm light muscovado sugar
  • 100 gm chocolate drops
  • 1 x egg
  • 175 ml lowfat milk
  • 75 ml sunflower oil

Directions

  1. You will need a 12 hole muffin tin lined with 12 paper muffin cases.
  2. Measure all the ingredients into a bowl and beat well.
  3. Distribute proportionately among the paper cases.
  4. Bake on the grid shelf on the floor of the roasting oven with the cool plain shelf on the second set of runners for about 15 to 20 min till well risen and cooked through.
  5. If you are a real chocoholic you con double up on the chocolate drops. Use plain lowfat milk or possibly white chocolate drops.
  6. Makes 12
