Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Butter, or possibly margarine, softnd
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Amaretto
- 1/4 c. Self rising flour
- 2/3 c. Flaked coconut
Directions
- Beat butter and sugar at med. speed of an electric mixer till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs; beat well. Add in lowfat milk, amaretto, and flour, beating well.
- Stir in coconut. Pour mix into a lightly greased 9" pieplate. Bake at 350 for 35 mins. or possibly till set. Cold completely on a wire rack.
