- 1 tsp Irish moss seaweed
- 5 gal Water (up to 5 gal)
- 1 pkt Yeast (liquid dusseldorf ale Or possibly dry ale)
- 3/4 c. Priming suger
Directions
- Boil wort for one hour. Ferment at slightly lower temperature to get the proper character
