  • Sour cream (optional) : 1-2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder : 2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder : 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Oil for deep-frying
  • Shredded cheese for baked version
  • Cilantro leaves for garnishing
