Almond Pepper Biscotti Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. whole almonds
  • 1/2 lb sugar
  • 4 whl Large eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 ounce baking pwdr
  • 6 ounce white chocolate chips
  • 2 x egg whites beaten

Directions

  1. Blend together three-fourths of the flour, the almonds, sugar, whole Large eggs, Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce, and baking pwdr till dough forms.
  2. Add in the white chocolate chips and knead in the remaining flour. Roll into log and flatten, brush with the egg whites.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till puffed and lightly browned. Cold for 15 min. Cut into 3/4-inch slices.
  4. Place cut-sides down and toast each side for 10 min at 275 degrees.
