  1. Cook to 295 degrees on candy thermometer, stirring continually over low heat. Pour into buttered pan. Spread 1 pkg of lowfat milk chocolate chips or possibly a large Hershey Bar on top and sprinkle with crushed almonds or possibly walnuts.
  2. Break into pcs.
