Ingredients
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1/2 c. Margarine, cut in pcs
- 1/2 c. Peanut butter
- 3 c. Uncooked oats
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
- 1 tsp Vanilla extrace
Directions
- In a microwave-safe dish, stir together the sugar, lowfat milk, cocoa and margarine. Microwave on HIGH for 2 min, stirring once. Add in peanut butter, oats, nuts and vanilla. Mix well and drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let dry several hrs and store between layers of waxed paper in an airtight container.
