Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. onion pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp grnd sage
  • 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne optional

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and store air tight for up to 8 weeks.
  2. NOTES : Use with beef, pork, chicken or possibly cheese.
