Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. pepper; 2 Tbsp. paprika; 2 Tbsp. onion pwdr; 1 Tbsp. brown sugar; 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr; 1 Tbsp. coarse salt; 1/2 tsp grnd sage; 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg; 1/4 tsp cayenne optional

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and store air tight for up to 8 weeks.
NOTES : Use with beef, pork, chicken or possibly cheese.
