Ingredients

  • 3 pkt (10 ounce.) frzn minced spinach
  • 2 can (14 ounce.) artichoke hearts liquid removed
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/8 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook spinach and drain well. Heat the butter and cream cheese. Add in seasonings, lemon juice and spinach, mixing after each addition. In a greased 2 qt casserole place a layer of artichoke hearts, then a layer of spinach mix and repeat. Top with bread crumbs.
  2. Bake for 30 min.
  3. Serves 8.
