  • For dough :
  • Egg whites-3
  • Sugar-1 half cup
  • Nuts-1 half cup
  • For stuffing:
  • Chocolate cream-300 g
  • And white icing

Directions

  1. 1.Beat the whites with the goal,till they are consolidate,and,add,slow,the sugar.
  2. 2.Then add nuts minced ,flour and mix.
  3. 3.Stretch this composition in a tray greased with oil and hang with flour.
  4. 4.Put the tray in the oven .
  5. 5.After is ready,you cat the dough three parts,vertical.Let it chill.
  6. 6.Smear the cake dough with chocolate cream and put them,one,over another.
  7. 7.Then,cut in cubes and glaze white icing.
  8. You can add little decorations from sugar on cakes,flowers,little mushrooms,etc.
