  1. Sometimes in Mexico we cooked Albondigas in Chile Chipotle for the family.
  2. When we cooked it , everyone in the family ate it. The albondigas is usually eaten for dinner. We think this is the tradition of the Mexican because the Mexican people feel really happy when we eat the Albondigas of Chile Chipotle.
  3. 1. Add in 2 tsp. salt to meat mix well
  4. 2. Sprinkle 1 c. rice and chopped onion, garlic and tomato
  5. 3. 2 tsp. marjoram and thyme
  6. 4. 3 tsp. flour
  7. 5. 3 crack Large eggs beat well mix together
  8. 6. Make meat ball 2 inches in diameter
  9. 7. Heat fry pot
  10. 8. Boil water
  11. 9. 2 tsp. oil in fry pan
  12. 10. 22/3 c. chopped tomato and onion add in 2 c. chile sauce stir
  13. 11. Add in to water simmer till boil
  14. 12. 2 tsp. salt
  15. 13. cook for 15 min
  16. 14. Add in meatballs one by one
  17. 15. And cook 20 min
  18. 16. Skim off fat.
