Adobo Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp Grnd cumin 4 x Cloves garlic

3/4 c. Lime juice Pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Blend cumin, garlic and lime juice till smooth. Taste and season with pepper. Marinade fish (chicken or possibly meat) in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
