Ingredients
- 13/4 c. Famous Chocolate Wafer Cookies, crumbled
- 1/4 c. Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Amaretto
- 1 pt Vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 pt Coffee ice cream, softened
- 2 ounce Semisweet chocolate, grated
Directions
- In a medium bowl place the cookie crumbs, melted butter, and Amaretto. Mix the ingredients toegher.
- Press the mix into a buttered pie pan to create a pie shell.
- Preheat the oven to 350. Bake the pie crust for 6-8 min. Let it cold and then freeze it for 15 min.
- Spread the vanilla ice cream proportionately over the bottom of the pie crust.
- Freeze the pie for 15 min or possibly till the ice cream is hard.
- Spread the coffee ice cream on top of the vanilla ice cream.
- Sprinkle the chocolate shavings over the top and freeze.
