Ingredients

  • Plain Yogurt – 1/4 cup
  • Mango Pickle (or Green Chilli Pickle) – 1 tsp
  • Butter – 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
  • Saunf – 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp
  • Fenugreek Seeds – 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • Wooden Skewers – 2 to 3, soaked in water for 30 minutes
