- Garlic â 10 pods
- Dry whole red chillies â 8 to 10
- Coriander powder â 2 tsp
- Curd / yogurt â 2 cups
- Cream â 1/4 cup
- Cashew nuts â 50 gms
- Almonds / Badam â 50 gms
- Akroot / Walnuts â 50 gms
- Red chilli powder â 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder â 1 tsp
- Saffron â a few strands
- Cardomom â 3
- Cinnamon â 3
- Cloves â 3
- Bay leaf â 2
- Shah Jeera / Cumin â 1 tsp
- Kasuri Methi â 2 tsp
- Salt â to taste
- Oil â 1/4 cup
- Butter â 50 gms
- You can also use readymade ginger garlic paste but the flavor will differ
