A Slightly Different Sauce Bolognese Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can Corned beef
  • 1 med -sized onion
  • 1 c. Tomato ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. Good grade extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bn (small) marjoram and oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. Each dry herbs
  • 1 pch Pepper and garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Empty corned beef and tomato ketchup into bowl and stir thoroughly or possibly mix with electric mixer. Don't mince or possibly blend! Grate onion on coarse grater or possibly chop finely, fry in oil until transparent. Add in beef, ketchup, herbs, pepper and garlic, stir, cover and simmer over low flame for 10 mins. Pour into glass jars, cover tightly and when cold, put in refrigerator. Keeps 2 months in unopened jars, 1 week in opened jars. Fine over spaghetti, rice or possibly what have you.
