Ingredients

  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 doz Ice cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 6 ounce Frzn orange juice concentrate Fresh fruit (grapes, blueberries, peaches, bananas, and basicly any kind of fruit you like, add in as much as desired)

Directions

  1. Add blender in any order, and blend untill desired texture. ENJOY!
  2. Makes 4 to 5 large servings.
