  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 x Garlic
  • 1 tsp Corn starch
  • 1 lb (or possibly 2 c.) fresh or possibly frzn
  • Vegetables
  • Bird's Eye Farm Fresh
  • Mix, require no
  • Chop into bite-size pcs
  • Or possibly thin strips.
  • 2 Tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Corn starch
  • MEAT:-----
  • MARINADE:-----
  • Cloves -- chopped
  • VEGETABLES:-----
  • Fro -- like
  • SAUCE:-----

Directions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add in meat pcs and toss to coat well. Let stand for 10 min; then drain extra marinade from meat.
  2. Cold a wok or possibly heavy pan with non-stick cooking spray. Add in 1 Tbsp. oil and heat on high. Add in meat and cook till browned, stirring constantly.
  3. Add in vegetables and sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer till the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  4. Yield: 4 servings.
