It’s the first Monday after the first of the year, which means that many of you may be starting a diet, a new eating plan, a new fitness routine, or are generally resolving to be healthier this year. I’m right there with you, as I started my second Whole30 on Saturday! While I usually stick to indulgent desserts, comfort foods and appetizers, I do have a number of healthier recipes that will serve you well as you start the new year off on the right foot!
