Ingredients

  • 2 can fat-free refried beans
  • 8 ounce fat-free cream cheese
  • 11/2 c. picante sauce
  • 1/2 c. onion chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper chopped
  • 1 can minced green chilies (4 ounce)
  • 8 ounce fat-free lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkt chili seasoning mix
  • 2 c. reduced fat cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 c. green onion minced
  • 1/2 c. tomatoes minced

Directions

  1. In a casserole baking dish, make layers of Beans, cream cheese, picante sauce, onion, pepper, chilies, Mix lowfat sour cream with chili seasoning mix, use as one layer. top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min. If cheese starts to brown too much. cover with foil till beans are warm. Out of the oven, Top with Minced Green onions and Tomatoes.
