7 Up Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

1 c. 7-Up or possibly lemon-lime soda
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 x ready-made pie shell

11/2 ounce strawberry Jell-O mix (1/2 pkg.)
2 c. sliced strawberries
8 ounce whipped cream

Directions

Combine 7-Up or possibly lemon-lime soda, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Cook till thick. Remove from heat. Add in Jell-O mix and stir well. Arrange strawberries in bottom of pie crust. Pour Jell-O mix over berries. Top with whipped cream. Chill till set.
