Ingredients

  • 1 can Fritos jalapena bean dip
  • 3 x Avocados, mashed
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice Garlic salt to taste
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream, mixed with
  • 1/2 pkt Lawrys taco mix
  • 5 x Green onions, minced
  • 2 med Tomatoes, minced
  • 1 can (small) sliced ripe olives
  • 2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. I suggest shredding cheese first and putting in refrigerator till needed- easier to work with. Chill, covered with Saran wrap, for 24 hours. for flavors to blend.
