Ingredients
1 can Fritos jalapena bean dip
3 x Avocados, mashed
1 tsp Lemon juice Garlic salt to taste
8 ounce Lowfat sour cream, mixed with
1/2 pkt Lawrys taco mix
5 x Green onions, minced
2 med Tomatoes, minced
1 can (small) sliced ripe olives
2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
I suggest shredding cheese first and putting in refrigerator till needed- easier to work with. Chill, covered with Saran wrap, for 24 hours. for flavors to blend.
