Ingredients
- 2 quart Water
- 1 quart Tomatoes & juice
- 1 c. AM 7 Grain Cereal (uncooked)
- 1 can Green beans & juice
- 3 x Celery stalks, minced
- 1 can Whole kernel corn & juice
- 6 ounce Jar sliced mushrooms
- 3 c. Squash, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. Onion pwdr
- 2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Celery seed Sea salt, to taste Or possibly- vegetable seasoning
Directions
- Bring to boil and simmer, covered for 1 hour. Add in 1 Tbsp. of AM Canola Oil before serving, and a handful of minced parsley. Any other vegetables of choice may be added or possibly substituted.
