Ingredients

  • 小松菜 1/2束
  • 切り干し大根 30g
  • 干し杏 10個
  • 二十日大根 2個
  • A
  • だし汁・・カップ1/4
  • 酢・・・大匙2.5
  • 砂糖・・・大匙1
  • 塩・・・小匙1

Directions

  1. 小松菜は茹でて食べやすい長さに切り水気をよく絞る
  2. 切り干し大根は熱湯をかけ水にさらしてもどす
  3. 二十日大根は薄切りにする
  4. 干し杏は半分に切る
  5. Aをよく合わせ切り干し大根、二十日大根、干し杏を入れ30分くらい置く
  6. 食べる直前に小松菜を和える
