Ingredients
1 can 28 0z diced tomatoes
1 c. Chicken broth
1/4 c. Butter
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Minced onion
1/8 tsp Baking soda
2 c. Lowfat milk
Directions
In a saucepan, combine the first 6 ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Heat lowfat milk, add in to tomato mix just before serving. makes about 1 1/2 qts.
