Directions

  1. Sift flour and sugar. Bring to a boil the shortening, butter, water and cocoa. Pour the boiling mix over the flour and sugar. Add in large eggs, buttermilk, salt, soda, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour into well-greased 13x20 inch pan and bake for 15-18 min on 400 degrees.
  2. Heat butter, lowfat milk and cocoa. Bring this to a boil and then add in the sugar and vanilla. Pour this mix over the hot cake and sprinkle with nuts.
