Ingredients
- 1 box yellow, or possibly butter cake mix with pudding in the mix
- 1 1/2 c. fruit
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. nuts, minced
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions
- Use a gallon jug. First day: 1 1/2 cups starter juice (If you have no starter juice, then follow these instructions.) Put 2 1/2 cups sugar, 1 large can peaches with juice into jug; mix well and stir once a day. Tenth day: add in 2 1/2 cups sugar and 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice; stir once a day.20th day: add in 2 1/2 cups sugar and 2 large cans cherries, sliced with juice. Stir once a day. 30th day: divide fruit in 3 parts and make three cakes. Save juice to start another cake or possibly give juice to friends. Use no juice in cake, one cake:
- Put all ingredients into large mixer and beat just till well mixed. Pour into well-greased and lightly floured Bundt pan. Bake for 55 min or possibly till done at 325 degrees.
