- 3 T oil
- Garlic
- 1 red pepper, cut in thin strips
- Pasta
- 3 ounce Parmesan cheese
- 3 ounce Romano cheese
- 3 ounce Provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Saute garlic and pepper in oil. Boil pasta and add in to boil mix. Toss cheeses together. Toss all together.
