  • 5 lb beef rump roast
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 pkt au jus gravy mix
  • 1 pkt Italian dressing mix

Directions

  1. Combine water, gravy mix and dressing mix. Pour over roast in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW 12-15 hrs. Remove roast and shred with 2 forks, forming strings. Cook on LOW setting an additional 10-12 hrs.
