Ingredients

  • 30 x Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 lb Margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 16 ounce crushed pineapple
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lrg evaporated lowfat milk, canned & chilled
  • 1 pkt lemon jello
  • 1 c. boiling water

Directions

  1. Dissolve jello in water; let cold. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
  2. Beat lowfat milk until thick and foamy. Fold cooled jello, cheese mix, and whipped lowfat milk thoroughly and pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate24 hrs.
