Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb grnd beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
  • 1 lrg egg
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 x (8-ounce.) can tomato sauce Combine all ingredients for meat loaf, shape into 8 oval patties. Bake at 450 for 15 min. Spoon off excess grease.
  • 1 x (8-ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Pour over meat loaves. Bake 5 min longer.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
