  • 4 med onions, chopped
  • 10 lb Lean beef brisket,
  • Finely minced
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 11/2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 lb Grnd pork
  • 1 can (7oz) whole green chiles,
  • Chopped
  • 1 can (15z) tomato sauce
  • 1 lb Whole tomatoes,
  • Finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
  • 1 ounce Tequila
  • 1 can beer
  • 2 can (3 ounce) chili pwdr
  • 2 x Beef bouillon cubes

Directions

  1. Brown onions, and beef in oil. Stir in garlic, pork, chiles, cumin, oregano, salt, dry mustard, tomato sauce, tomatoes, tequila, beer, chili pwdr and bouillon cubes.
  2. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 2-3 hrs. Stir occasionally. Don't stir the last 30 minutes before serving.
