1/4 c. Brown sugar
1/4 c. Butter
1 x Egg white
1 c. Flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 c. Chocolate chips

Directions

Mix till well combined and drop by spoon (about 1 tsp.) on cookie sheet. Bake 350 for about 8 min. They are best if you do not let them get to brown.
Makes 26 cookies.
