draining grease from browned hamburger meat

Hate trying to get the grease out of browned hamburger meat? Sick of burning yourself trying to pour it, spilling hot grease on the counter, etc? Try this. Push the meat to one side of the pan. Wad up a few paper towels, and holding them with a pair of kitchen tongs, use them to soak up the grease from the pan.
