PRESSURE COOKING

Nate
Nate September 16, 2010

I'm glad someone has a page for this type of cooking. It's the Rodney Dangerfield of cooking (It "don't get no respect" ). I make cheesecake, flan, pulled pork, ribs, roasts and just about everything else in the PC (capitalized for respect). NO, THEY DO NOT BLOW UP!! They save energy, they cook healthy and they save time and money. They helped Napoleon conquer the world, They helped win WW II. They helped in the Great Depression and they will help in our current financial crunch.
