Does anyone know of any good sources for diabetic recipes for an electric pressure cooker?

Re: Goud sources for diabetic recipes

If the instruction manual with your electric pressure cooker does not have a section on adapting recipes to it and there's noting to be found on the market like it, you'd have some testing to do. First I recommend acquiring any cookbook by the American Diabetes Association . You can check local library for these or order online at <shopdiabetes.org> or other online or local book source as you prefer. Then you can select the type of recipe you want to cook that is adaptable to pressure cooking (and many would be, including main dishes, meats, sides, soups, stews, etc.) and replicate the recipe to pressure cooking following the liquid amounts to solids and level limit in the cooker prescribed by the manufacturer. I hope you'll be able to share some keepers you come up with! And when you do, post them in the Pressure Cookers Unite and the Diabetes-Friendly groups on this web site!
