Thanks for your comment and for joining. Sorry I didn't respond sooner. I was surprised that there wasn't a pork group on CES, and figured to give it a try. So happy with the great response! So many great recipes and so many great chefs. Looking forward to many more recipes to come, and to your contributions. N
