yeast free diet tips needed

Robin, My little guy has to avoid sugars and yeast, too. Have you ever heard of Doug Kaufmann? He has a book called "Eating Your Way to Good Health". It is for candida diet. I have used it quite a bit, but we don't stick to it 100% all the time. During the holidays we do add a little sugar back. I also have some yeast free bread recipes that I've made.
