I just found about this site today. How fun is this! I'm about three months into my culinary program at Professional Culinary Institute in Campbell, CA. We just started our proteins section. Last week I made a rack of lamb for the first time and it was delicious! We're also preparing for a Garde Manger event that has a Greek theme. If you have any idea for cold Greek appetizers let me know. In the meantime, we get to have fun eating at our local Greek restaurants for research.
Well, I look forward to exchanging ideas and info with you.
