Growing up in south eastern Pennsylvania, the Amish influence was very strong. PA Dutch country influenced the foods in the area. Lancaster, Pa is a wonderful place to experience Amish food and culture. They not only have fabulous foods they make the most beautiful quilts, crafts, woodworkings you will ever see. Please share your favorite Amish recipes.
