  • ½ cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 6 medium-to-small)
