  • For the crumb topping you will need:
  • 1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 dashes of cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted and warm
  • 2½ cups AP flour
  • For the cake you will need:
  • 2½ cups AP flour
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
