Mudpie Chocolate Cake, is super moist and chocolate-y and you can make it right in the pan- no mixer or bowls required!

Ingredients
- Cake:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- ½ cup baking cocoa
- 2 tsps. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsps. Vanilla
- 2 tbsps white vinegar
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- Icing:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ¼ cup milk
- 4 cups confectionary sugar
