  • 1 lb. zucchini, cut into the shape of your choice (wedges, rounds, strips, etc.)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup cornmeal
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
