Nothing could be easier than this Southern-style Brunswick stew...it only takes 5 minutes to prep and your slow cooker does the rest.

Ingredients

  • 2 (10.75 oz.) cans tomato soup + 2 soup cans water or chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken or pork bbq
  • 2 (14.75 oz.) cans creamed corn
  • 2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (1 lb.) bag baby lima beans
  • 2 cups frozen potatoes O' Brian
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
