Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

Easy and delicious.
Ingredients
1 (10 ¾ oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup chunky salsa
2 tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. cumin
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 flour tortillas (6-inch), warmed
1 small tomato, chopped (about ½ cup)
1 green onion, sliced (about 2 tbsp.)
