8 lbs. spare ribs
29 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
6 cloves garlic - sliced
1 large onion – sliced
3 carrots – chopped
3 cups chicken broth
½ cup red wine
Seasonings:
Dashes of salt
Dashes of cumin
Dashes of Cajun seasoning
Dashes of paprika
Dashes of chili powder
